Promotional Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions relate to promotional discounts, bundle offers and discount codes generally.

1. The promoter of offers, discounts and bundle offers is Agrigem Ltd, Foss House, Units 7, 8, 9 Allens Business Park, Saxilby LN1 2GH unless otherwise stated.
2. Promotional offers are valid only from the dates shown in the relevant marketing literature, including website content, promotional emails and counter literature.
3. Agrigem Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend promotional offers without notice. Changes will be posted within these terms, on our website or in an email.
4. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection legislation.
5. Offers are governed by English law and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
6. Discounts and promotional offers are valid for purchases made within the offer period only and cannot be backdated.
7. Discount codes are not valid in conjunction with another offer unless otherwise stated.
8. We reserve the right to decline orders where a promotion code is invalid.
9. Promotion codes and discounts are valid only on the products stated in each promotion, while stocks last, and may be withdrawn at any time.
10. Only one discount code can be used per order, per person unless otherwise stated.
11. Refunds for returned products will reflect the original purchase price after the discount has been applied.
12. Agrigem shall not be liable for failure to comply with its obligations where caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of this voucher is Agrigem Ltd, Foss House, Units 7, 8, 9 Allens Business Park, Saxilby LN1 2GH.
2. Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of receipt and the expiry date is shown on the individual voucher.
3. Vouchers must be used in full in one transaction or as part payment and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Only one voucher can be used per order.
5. Vouchers cannot be used with another offer, to buy another voucher, to pay invoices or as credit on an account.
6. Vouchers can only be used to purchase physical products sold by Agrigem Ltd and are valid when presented in person in-store.
7. Agrigem Ltd reserves the right to refuse a voucher where it reasonably suspects that the voucher has been stolen, tampered with, duplicated or obtained illegally.

Free Paddock Soil Analysis

1. The promoter is Agrigem Ltd, Foss House, Units 7, 8, 9 Allens Business Park, Saxilby LN1 2GH.
2. This offer is valid until midnight on 31 August 2026.
3. Ten entrants will be selected at random from valid entries within five working days of the closing date.
4. The offer is a visit to an equine facility by Agrigem Equine Account Manager Millie Wilkinson, including representative soil samples from up to 15 acres and a report where relevant.
5. There is no obligation to buy products from Agrigem.
6. To claim the free soil test, contact Millie Wilkinson by email at millie.wilkinson@agrigem.co.uk or comment on the Facebook post where the offer was seen.
7. Entrants must provide their postcode and contact details, have more than 15 acres of paddock land and be a UK resident aged over 18.
8. The equine facility must be in mainland UK. Northern Ireland and all islands are excluded.
9. Agrigem employees, their family members and anyone professionally connected with Agrigem are excluded.
10. Only one soil test visit per equine facility will be conducted and the offer is subject to sample kit availability.
11. By entering, participants agree to these terms. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Agrigem privacy policy.
