Emerald Mycorrhizal Whip Dip is an inoculant, suitable for nearly all whips, bareroot trees, shrubs, seedlings, cuttings, and small containerised plants, including both endo- and ectomycorrhizal varieties. Easy to apply as a root dip just prior to planting.
Additional sachet of swell gels.
Application Directions:
To prepare enough dip for 220 whips or 1000 seedlings, combine 1 hydrogel sachet with 3-6 litres of water*. This mixture will form a light paste within a few minutes. Integrate 100g of Whip Dip powder thoroughly into the paste. Dip bare root whips immediately before planting. If dipping is done offsite, ensure that roots are covered in plastic during transport. *The actual hydrogel and water needed may vary based on water hardness and plant root mass.
*All trees and shrubs except Laurels, Rhododendrons, Azaleas, all other ericaceous species, orchids and brassicas.
