Gamberini Mounted Spreader Ecotop 500

The Gamberini range of spreader's are exclusive to Agrigem and were chosen for their high-quality rugged construction. The spreaders are designed & built by a family business in Italy with a huge focus on delivering a high-quality, operator friendly machine that will last for years. These machines are at a different price point to other inferior spreaders that are available but they are not comparable.

The hopper is constructed of Heavy Duty, hot-galvanised steel ensuring there is no corrosion when compared to painted or powder-coated spreaders. The steel constructed hopper is also stronger than plastic rota-moulded tanks and will not to stretch or distort when full. The three-point-linkage frame is constructed from heavy duty steel which also acts as a stand when the spreader is not in use. This machine is driven by a PTO shaft (included) with an enclosed aluminium gear with self-lubricating oil bath. This machine accepts a category 1 link-arm (Link arms not included). It has an agitator & filtering grill to ensure any lumps in fertiliser do not stop the flow. It requires a minimum of 20hp & the P.T.O should be set to 540RPM. Empty this machine weighs 60kg.

Spreading Control

Superior control is offered to the operator with 3 different manual adjustments available. The spinning disc has 4 adjustable vanes which can be manually adjusted depending on required spreading pattern or rate. Adjusting the spreading pattern is available by two other manual controls; these include an 18-point flow selector lever which can be operated from the tractor seat, and the option to select what degree of spreading is required, operating from 90-180 degrees. This machine will spread from 6-14 meters depending on the product & spreader setting.
